When can I move in?

We have many sizes and can help you choose the size that best fits your needs – you can rent the unit during business hours and then move in anytime that’s convenient to you, since we allow 24-hour access to the units.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

We request a 10 day written notice prior to move out.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require a Government issued ID (example: driver’s license, state id, or passport) and at least one phone number. It is the tenant’s responsibility to inform us of any address or phone number changes.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis.

Does there have to be someone in the office in order for me to access my unit?

No. Although the manager is on the property during business hours, you do not need assistance for access.

How do I make a payment?

You can pay in person (we’d love to see you), mail a check or money order, or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account each month.

What forms of payments do you accept?

Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Traveler’s Checks, VISA, and MasterCard.

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

Not at this time.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?

You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance. Or drop in, we’ll show you around and help you decide.

Do I need to bring my own lock?

Yes.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Liquids, Explosives, Flammable materials, Toxic materials and Perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

What are the hours of operation?

Our office is staffed from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Tuesday through Saturday. The office is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Customers can access their units 24 hours a day.
